The terroir : the soil is made of stones, boulders and very fine sands, coming from the ancient Tarn river bed.
The vineyard : the yield is 50 hectoliters per hectare, and the density of plantation is 4500 vine plant per hectare.
The surface of the vineyard : 21 hectares.
Vinification : the harvest is destemmed, crushed, and fermentation is done in stainless steel tanks.
Grape variety : 100% Négrette, also called pinot saint George
